Palm Mar is located at a beautiful bay, which presents good view for "La Gomera" and at good visibility, also to "El Hierro". At night do not forget to watch the world lights of Playa de las Americas.
Palm Mar is a very quiet residential area, mainly single-family homes and villas. Several developers look forward to convert this area to an outstanding urbanization. Several hotels, 800 meters of beach, a marina and even a golf course are planned.
The airport "Reina Sofia" is about 15 km far.
