The apartment is approximately 31-32 square meteres and consists of a living room / bedroom area / kitchen, a bathroom, and hallway. All of this is fully furnished with brand new fixtures and fittings.
We bought this apartment 3 years ago off plan at a time where people were being sceptic because the media had been focussing on people losing their properties in Spain due to irregular contracts for plots of land. We bought the apartment from a company called Dreamville who are property developers in Bulgaria. We were sceptic to buy off plan initially because we had never bought abroad before and im aware that some companies might not be as honest as others. It took two years to build the Aqua Dreams complex that our studio apartment is situated on and we believe that our apartment is an attractive buy to someone looking for a cheap holiday property because there is no waiting for it to be built and also no wondering if it will be completed in time. Its fully furnished to a very high standard like new.
The pictures i have enclosed in this advert were taken on my partners' holiday there this year. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a patio view of the mountains. The complex location is very ideally situated 500m from the centre of Sunny Beach and roughly 500m from the town of St Vlas. We chose this location because it becomes appealing to those who want the nightlife and bars of Sunny Beach and also as close to the relaxed town of St Vlas. This way we got the best of both worlds. From the Aqua Dreams complex there is a local bus that is very regular and takes you to both of these areas from a very small fee. Our apartment is also ideally located just 25-30 minutes from the airport of Bourgas, which is also a big plus with holidaying clients preferring short transfers.
Another thing that makes our apartment an attractive proposition is that purchasing a property in Bulgaria that has already been built doesnt come with a lot of the red tape that may come with buying properties in places such as Greece, Spain and Portugal. Its a pretty straighforward process.
Other key aspects of the apartment are that it is just 80m from the beach, there are 3 swimming pools (including one with a cocktail bar), a salon, restaurant and cafe, convenience shop, and excellent security. Every year the is a fee for maintenance which covers you for security and cleansing of he bins, pools etc, and this year it came to £175, which is a snip to having a clean and well run complex. There are no other fees for this apartment.
We originally bought the apartment for our own private holidays, which is why it has only been used once by someone other than us. We have decided to sell so that we can put the funds into a deposit for our first house, otherwise we would keep the apartment.
