There is a shared toilet, with hot and cold water, and a hot air hand dryer.Use of a large bin is included.The first room has five double power points, a single drainer stainless steel sink, and telephone points.The lighting is by a single fluorescent fitting.This room is approximately 10' 2" by 9' 3", has a door to the yard, and covered access to the toilet.There is a fairly well sound proofed partition between this room, and the next, with a double glazed window.The door is believed to be a 'fire door'.The second room is the smallest of the three.
